Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Korture platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws, accept our Privacy Policy, and consent to communications from Korture.

2. Description of Service

Korture provides a behavioral intelligence platform offering psychometric scans (RIASEC-based), candidate-to-role matching, team health insights, hiring solutions, and interview guides. Features may be modified or discontinued without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

Users must provide accurate information and maintain account confidentiality. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Authentication options include email/password or OAuth via Google and LinkedIn.

4. User Responsibilities

Permitted use includes profile creation, scan participation, job applications, team management, and accessing insights. Prohibited conduct includes illegal use, unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, data harvesting, malicious uploads, impersonation, harassment, scan content sharing, competitive use, or payment circumvention.

5. Intellectual Property

Korture owns all platform content, methodologies, designs, trademarks, software, and databases. Users retain ownership of submitted content but grant Korture a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for service delivery and product improvement.

6. Pricing and Payment

Credits. One credit costs $4 USD. One credit is consumed when you create a role, when you change a role, and when a candidate completes a scan. Reading a completed scan is free for everyone on your account. Free allowance: each account receives its first role free plus 10 credits. This is granted once per account, is shared by all users on that account, and does not reset. Credits are prepaid and are purchased in bundles; larger bundles are priced below the single-credit rate. A scan already in progress always completes, and where your balance is insufficient that credit is billed afterwards. Each scan link accepts a maximum of 100 completed scans. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Prices are in USD and subject to 30-day change notice. No annual contracts. No minimum spend.

Credits do not expire. Purchased credits stay on your account until they are used. Refunds: you may request a refund of your unused credit balance within 30 days of the purchase that created it. Consumed credits are not refundable, because the work they paid for has already been delivered. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Dodo Payments. 7. Scan Data and Results

Scans are based on validated psychometric models and are informational only. Results should not be the sole basis for employment decisions. Users control result visibility. Hiring managers and team administrators access relevant scan data.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Korture's liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months. The company disclaims liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Employers bear sole responsibility for hiring decisions.

9. Governing Law

Disputes are governed by Indian law with exclusive jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka courts. Informal resolution via email is required before litigation.
