Can I try it before paying anything?
Yes. Your first role is free and 10 credits come with it. You need an account, but no card. It is one allowance per company, and it does not reset.
What uses a credit?
Three things, one credit each: creating a new role, changing a role, and a candidate finishing a scan. Reading a scan is free, for everyone on your account, always.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You add more and carry on. Until you do, we will not create a new role or change one. A candidate who has already started always finishes their scan, and that credit is billed afterwards.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them. Hiring comes in bursts, so buying in March and hiring in October costs you nothing.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 30 days of a purchase and we refund whatever you have not spent from it. Credits you have already used are not refundable, because that work is done. Email team@korture.com.
Do candidates need to create an account?
No. They click a link and start. There's no account, no password, and nothing to download.
How long does the scan take?
About 7 minutes. It's built so candidates actually finish it, not abandon it halfway.
Is this a personality test?
No. We read behavioral interest against what a specific role demands, and we re-score for each role. It isn't one fixed type that follows someone around.
Can candidates game it?
There's no obvious right answer to aim for, because the interest read depends on the role, not on looking agreeable. People who answer honestly get the most accurate read.
